This site pays special tribute to those killed or injured in the line of duty. Their suffering and/or deaths will not be in vain as we honour their valour and continue to work for laws to protect them. We respectfully also pay tribute to the police officers who mourn the deaths of their partners and friends. Yours will not be in vain,...

Police Dog, Wizzard  was stabbed by a suspect on 27-Jul-06 in Alberta. After recovering from surgery, he returned to active duty in early September 2006.

RCMP Dog, Hrain was found strangled to death in the woods after a suspect chase on 22-Jul-06 in Alberta.

Police Horse, Brigadier was humanely shot by police after being run down by a suspect's car on 24-Feb-06 in Ontario.

Police Dog, Nitro was killed when he was caught under a train's wheels while holding on to a suspect who had boarded the train on 23-Jan-06 in British Columbia.

Police Dog, Caesar was killed by a suspect shotgun to the face on 23-Jun-98 in Alberta.

Police Dog, Chip was stabbed in the throat and killed by a suspect on 13-Sept-96 in British Columbia.

Police Dog, Titus was struck by a car while in pursuit of a suspect on 27-Aug-89 in Alberta.

Police Dog, Sabre was in a police cruiser that was hit by a car while responding to a police call on 22 Dec-89 in British Columbia. The cruiser subsequently lost control and hit a pole killing Sabre. Police Dogs, Conan, Bobby and Mecca were struck by vehicles while conduting suspect searches during 1984-1988 in British Columbia.
